Welcome to the Vida Settings Screen!
There may be times you might need to edit your account information, connect a new device, or request a new coach. You can always change your information using the Settings screen.
Quick Navigation Directory
1. Overview
To find your Settings, navigate to the Home screen. Then, tap the blue Gear icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
A new window will pop up. Here, you will see a list of the different things you can do.
2. Profile Picture
If you’d like to edit your Profile Picture, click on the photo or initials that appear in the circle under "Settings." You will have the option to take a new photo or choose a photo from your camera library.
3. Documents
Documents from your provider will live here. You can also share documents requested by your providers. Tap on a file to share, view, or print.
4. Connect Devices & Apps
If you want to connect a new device to help you log your data, press the screen Connect Devices & Apps.

5. Push Notifications
If you would like to change your Notifications, select Push Notifications Settings. This will take you to the app notification settings page within your device settings.
6. Switch Coach
In case you want to request a new coach, click Switch Coach. You can change your coach at any time. Simply go over the answers you selected during onboarding, and a new list of coaches will populate.

7. Invite Friends and Family
Give the gift of Vida to your Friends and Family. You're more likely to reach your health goals when you have friends and family using Vida too. Feel free to share with a colleague, spouse, or a dependent over the age of 18. Just select Send Invite.
8. Change Password
In case you need to change your password, click on Change Password.

9. Always Show Video Subtitles
Toggle this on to ensure that subtitles are turned on by default whenever you watch a video on the Vida app.
10. 2-Factor Verification
You can turn on 2-Factor Verification which will send a text message to your phone with a 5 digit code. Copy this number into the field labeled Enter Code to activate this extra security layer.

11. Dark Mode
Tap to enable or disable Dark Mode for the app layout.
12. Data and Privacy
In this section, you can provide consent to let Vida record calls for quality assurance. Slide the toggle left to disable this feature.
You can also request to close your Vida Account. This will open your default smartphone email application to submit a formal request directly to our customer operations department.
13. Help and Support
Here you can access our complete help center for instant answers regarding mobile usage or service settings.
You can also toggle the "Shake phone to report a problem" system setting. Anytime you run into an app bug, simply physically shake your device to instantly report a diagnostic report.

15. Locating your App Version Number
In case you need to figure out if you are running the most recent production copy of Vida, your explicit system build version string is tracked at the lowest point of your Settings listing.
16. Log Out
If you ever want to sign out of the active user profile, select Log Out to cleanly close the session.
