Welcome to the Vida Settings Screen!
There may be times you might need to edit your account information, connect a new device, or request a new coach. You can always change your information using the Settings screen.
Overview
To find your Settings, navigate to the Home screen. Then, tap the blue Gear icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
A new window will pop up. Here, you will see a list of the different things you can do.
Profile Picture
If you’d like to edit your Profile Picture, click on the photo or initials that appear in the circle under "Settings." You will have the option to take a new photo or choose a photo from your camera library.
Documents
Documents from your provider will live here. Tap on a file to share, view or print.
Connect Devices & Apps
If you want to connect a new device to help you log your data, press the screen Connect Devices & Apps. If you're looking for information on how to connect your devices, please click here.
Push Notifications
If you would like to change your Notifications, select Push Notifications Settings. This will take you to the app notification settings page within your device settings.
Switch Coach
In case you want to request a new coach, click Switch Coach. You can change your coach at any time. Simply go over the answers you selected during onboarding, and a new list of coaches will populate. If you'd like to learn how to switch your coach, please click here.
Invite Friends and Family
Give the gift of Vida to your Friends and Family. You're more likely to reach your health goals when you have friends and family using Vida too. Feel free to share with a colleague, spouse, or a dependent over the age of 18. Just select Send Invite.
Change Password
In case you need to change your password, click on Change Password. If you'd like to learn more about changing your password, please click here.
Always Show Video Subtitles
Toggle this on to ensure that subtitles are turned on by default whenever you watch a video on the Vida app.
2-Factor Verification
You can turn on 2-Factor Verification which will send a text message to your phone with a 5 digit code. Copy this number into the field labeled Enter Code, and you can enable this security feature. If you'd like to learn more, please click here.
Dark Mode
Tap to enable or disable Dark Mode for the app.
Data and Privacy
In this section, you can provide consent to let Vida record calls for quality. Slide left to disable this feature.
You can also request to close your Vida Account. This will bring up your default email app to send your request to our Customer Support Team.
Help and Support
Here you can access our help center for answers to your questions about the app or service.
You can also enable the "Shake phone to report a problem" feature. Anytime you encounter an issue, just shake your phone to report it.

Locating your App Version Number
In case you need to figure out if you’re on the latest version of the App, your version number will be located at the bottom of your Settings list.
Log Out
If you ever want to log out of Vida, just press Log Out and you will be logged out of the app.
