- Open the Vida Health app and tap "log in" in the upper right hand corner of the screen
- Tap "Forgot Your Password?"
- Enter your email in the "Email Address" box
Note: if you forgot your email, tap "Forgot your email?"
- Tap "Send" at the bottom of the page, a pop-up box will indicate a reset email has been sent. Tap "OK" to close the pop-up box
- Open the email titled "Reset your password for Vida" from the sender reset@vida.com. And tap/click the link.
Note: If you do not see an email in your inbox, be sure to look in your junk/spam folder, and try typing the title or sender in the search section.
- The link will open up a page with "Reset password" listed in large letters at the top. Type your password into the "New password" box, and then retype the same password into the "Confirm New Password" box.
Note: Your password must have a minimum of 8 characters and include 1 number, 1 capital letter, and 1 special character.
- Tap "Set Password" and you'll see a message indicating that the reset was a success
