Welcome to the Vida Home Screen!
The Home screen makes it easy to find everything in one place — you can see your to-do list, schedule sessions with your health expert, track or add new habits, and track things like your meals, exercise, weight and more. Below, we’ll go over each section in the Home screen.
Settings
At the top right corner, you’ll see a gear icon — this is the "Settings" screen where you can change your password, switch your coach, connect devices, and much more. To learn more about the settings screen, please read our article: The Settings Screen Explained
Featured
Next, you’ll see the "Featured" section, whereyou'll find content like motivational quotes, lessons to complete, or short articles on interesting health topics.
To-Do List
The "To-Do List" section goes over the most important tasks for you to complete.
Tapping on "See All" in the top right corner will open all of your tasks for today. You'll find tasks like scheduling sessions with your coach or therapist, program lessons to complete, setting up goals, and more. These items may vary based as you work through a program and use the app.
You can also see your previous day's tasks by swiping right on the calendar at the top of the screen and choosing a prior day.
Appointments
The "Appointments" section is where you can schedule a session with your health expert. To schedule a session, tap on the "Schedule" button.
Next, you’ll see the scheduling page. Choose the date and time that works for you and tap on "Schedule Call". On the next screen you can add the session to your calendar by tapping on "Add to Calendar". You can also change your session by tapping on "Edit Appointment".
After you’ve scheduled your session, it will appear on your Home screen.
Habits
The "Habits" section shows the goals that you and your coach set up.
In addition to seeing your goals, you can track your habits in the Home screen.
You can also set your own habits or work with your coach to schedule reminders for new habits you want to create. These reminders can go out as often as you'd like.

Trackers
The "Trackers" section is where you can add or modify your trackers. Setting trackers in the Vida app allows you to track your progress, and helps your coach stay in the loop.
