Let's Start with Your Email
To get started, open your Vida app.
Then look for the Gear Icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen. This is your Settings Tab. To find more information about your Settings, please Click Here!
Look for the tab labeled Verify your email. This will open an Account Verification page that will ask you to verify your email address. The verification email will go directly to the email address you have registered your account with. Please make sure to check your Spam Folder as well.
You should receive an email similar to this which includes a 5-digit code.
Enter this code on your Vida App, and then press Done. If the code sent to you does not work because it has timed out, please press Resend and monitor your email inbox. Once you're typing in this number, please press Next located at the bottom of the screen.
You will be redirected back to your Settings Tab.
Let's Verify Your Mobile Number
To get started, open the Vida app.
Then look for the Gear Icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen. This is your Settings Tab. To find more information about your Settings, please Click Here!
Look for the tab labeled 2-Factor Verification. Swipe the circle icon to the right, and you will be directed to this screen.
A text message will be sent to the number you have registered your account with containing a 5-digit code.
Enter in this 5 Digit Code into your Vida App, and when you are finished, please tap Done. If this code does not work, please press Resend, and a new 5-Digit Code will be sent to your mobile device. Once you are completely finished, select Next located at the bottom of the screen.

You will be directed back to back to your Settings tab with your 2 Factor Verification turned on.
You do not need to verify your contact information if you do not wish to. If you do not have a phone number attached to your account, please contact our support team at Support@vida.com in order to add one.
