The Vida Web Portal is best used on the Google Chrome browser. To use the web portal, navigate to vida.com/login.
Please note - The Vida Web Portal is designed to resemble the Vida app, however, it may have limited features compared to the mobile app. For a full experience, we recommend downloading the Vida mobile app on a compatible device.

Logging In
Use your email address and password to log in to your account.
- Click Here for Single Sign-on (SSO) details.
Home
Click 'Home' in the top toolbar to access the Home screen. Check out the featured content, To-Do List, and Appointments section here.
- Featured: Featured content related to your program!
- To-Do List: A useful list of items recommended for your program. Some featured items may be required before you can proceed to the next steps in your program.
- Appointments: Upcoming appointments with your Vida providers!
Chat
- Click 'Chat' to see Chats with all your Vida providers.
- Click the name of the coach to open the Chat and continue the conversation.
- Type your message in the text box, then click 'Send' to send the message to the Vida provider in the Chat you clicked on.
- To add images:
- Click the paper clip on the bottom left of the message area
- Select the image file saved to your device
- Tap open
- Confirm the correct image was added to your message
- Click 'Send'
- To add emojis:
- Click the smiley face icon
- Click the emoji you want to use (or type a keyword, then click the emoji)
- Click the message box to go back to the message and add or update more details before sending
- To get back to the main screen, click the arrow in the top left of the message
Content
Click 'Content' to see all lessons, forms, and surveys available. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to see the 'Uncategorized' section. This will include lessons, forms, and surveys sent by your Vida providers.
Click the square to open the content, then view and complete the content as directed.
Journey
The journey page is the same information you have come to expect from the mobile app. Here you can view, edit, or mark off your habits, and view any progress you have made toward your goals.
Viewing and Editing Habits
The Journey section shows your habits. You can Add, Modify, Complete, or Delete the habits shown here.
To Add a habit
Click '+ Habit'
Fill in all requested habits, then click 'Save' in the bottom right corner.
To Modify your habits:
- Click on the Habit you wish to change
- Click on the Edit Habit button. (pencil icon)
- In the popup window, make any change you wish to the habit.
- When satisfied with your change, click Save
To Delete your habit:
- Click on the habit you wish to remove
- Click on the Delete button
- Confirm that you want to delete the habit
- Delete!
To Complete your habit
To complete a habit, click the empty plus button
Once you have completed a habit you will see a congratulations popup appear!
Viewing your Data
The Vida web app makes it easy for you to log in and quickly view your progress against any of your views. Scroll down to the graphs section and then hover over a point to see its value. You will be able to view your most recent trends from this page.
Settings
To access the Settings screen, click your initials or profile picture in the top right corner of the screen, then click 'Settings.'
You can access or send documents, switch providers, or enable/disable Two-Factor Authentication here.
Documents
Click 'Documents' to view documents shared between you and your providers or send new documents (medical records and lab results should be shared here and not in the provider Chat).
Click the document name to open the document, or 'Upload New Document' to send a new document.
Switch Provider
Click 'Switch Provider' to switch one of your Vida providers.
Click the name of the provider you want to switch, then click 'Continue'
Click the name of the new provider you'd like, noting their next available session times
Click 'Choose Health Expert'
Click 'Confirm Health Expert Change'
Note: Switching providers will cancel all sessions scheduled with your current provider. If you're interested in securing an earlier session time, you can message your provider in Chat to ask about their availability.
