Where are my lessons located on the Web App?

In the desktop app, you can see all content your coach has sent you. When logged into your account, look for the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

Next, click on the Star image. This is your Content tab.

All your previous lessons and tools are there for you right at the click of a mouse. 

Just click on the lesson or tool of your choice to read them. After you're done, click Complete Lesson in the bottom right corner of the screen.

If the lesson you're looking for isn't there, email our support team at support@vida.com. If you're looking for more lessons, ask your coach what's available. There's a lot of great content in every Vida program!
