Supported Browsers:
Start by going to vida.com/clients and log into your account.
If you have an upcoming consultation, this will be displayed under the consultation tab ( the calendar icon on the left panel).
Once it's time for your session, make sure you have a comfortable place to sit, and a quiet location if possible.
Make sure you are not logged into your account on any mobile device while logged in on the desktop application as this will create 2 call notifications and can create issues with your network speed.
Once it's time for your session your coach will initiate the video call and a notification will appear in your browser.
To decline the call, click the red 'X' icon.
To accept the call click the green 'camera' icon.
After you click the green camera icon, a new window will open on your browser.
If you have never accepted a video call on Vida, you will need to allow your browser to access the microphone and camera on your computer.
Click allow for the microphone and camera from the pop-up in the top left corner of the window.
You can verify that your microphone and camera have the necessary permissions by clicking on the gray 'lock' icon on the top left-hand corner (to the left of the website URL).

I want to turn off my camera and mute myself
Once you have entered the video chat, you can disable/reenable your camera by clicking the blue 'camera' icon, disable/reenable your microphone by clicking the gray 'microphone' icon, or end the call by clicking the red 'X' icon.
