This is an overview of our Desktop App.
Please note - The Vida Web App has limited features compared to our mobile app. For a full experience, we recommend that you download and use the Vida Mobile app on your mobile device.

Use your email address and password to log into and access your account.

Click on the calendar icon to access the consultations page. If you have multiple coaches, you will see them listed here. You can create sessions, reschedule them, and cancel them.
Once you've booked your session, you can view your next consultation by under "Next". Click on "Upcoming" to see future consultations, or click on "past" to view your past consultations.
The journey page is the same information you have come to expect from the mobile app. Here you can view, edit, or mark off your habits, and view any progress you have made toward your goals.
Viewing and Editing Habits
When you first log into your account, you will be brought to the Journey section with a view of your habits. You can Add, Modify, Complete, or Delete
To Add a habit
Press on the + Habit Button
- Set when you will do the habit
- Set what you will do in the second box
- Choose which days you would like to do the habit on.
- Set a reminder if necessary. This will send a notification through your browser window and app when it's time for you to complete your habit.
- Once you are satisfied with your setting, click Save
To Modify your habits:
- Click on the Habit you wish to change
- Click on the Edit Habit button. (pencil icon)
- In the popup window, make any change you wish to the habit.
- When satisfied with your change, click Save
To Delete your habit:
- Click on the habit you wish to remove
- Click on the Delete button
- Confirm that you want to delete the habit
To Complete your habit
To complete a habit, press the empty plus button
Once you have completed a habit you will see a congratulations popup appear!
Viewing your Data
The Vida web app makes it easy for you to log in and quickly view your progress against any of your views. Scroll down to the graphs section and then hover over a point to see its value. You will be able to view your most recent trends from this page.
In the content section, you'll be able to find and view any lesson that has been sent to you by your coach. You will be able to see lessons listed by category and its completion status.
To view a lesson's content, click on that lesson and it will pop up on a new screen for you to view.
The chat section is the place in the web app where you can go to catch up with your coach briefly as well. Whenever your coach sends you a message or content, you can view that information here.
Sending a Message
Sending a message is as easy as sending one through the Mobile app. Type in your message and press enter and that will go to the coach straight away.
Pressing on the Emoji icon will bring up a full list of available emojis that you can send to your coach!
Sending a photo
To send a picture on the web, navigate to Chat on the right side of the screen, click the paperclip icon, select your image, and click send! Your coach will receive the photo message.
In the Me tab, you can now make edits to your Profile. Here, you can edit the image on your account, your basic information, your timezone, gender, height, and health conditions.
You can also connect your 3rd party device accounts to your Vida Desktop app. However, in order to verify the device has been connected you will need to log into the Vida Health Mobile App.
When you are done all you have to do is click on the logout button at the bottom screen of the app.
