Follow these instructions to log and track your Blood Pressure in the Vida App.
Note: If Vida provided you with a BodyTrace Blood Pressure Cuff, your readings will automatically log into the app. If this isn’t happening, please reach out to support@vida.com.
Adding a Blood Pressure Measurement in the App
In the Home Screen go to Trackers and then tap Edit Goals on the right.
Tap + Add more Weekly Goals
Tap Body Measurements, then select Systolic Blood Pressure
Note: A Diastolic Blood Pressure (Bottom) tracker will automatically be added.
Set the frequency you want to log your Blood Pressure, then tap Create Weekly Goal
If your Blood Pressure tracker is successfully added, it will be listed under your Weekly Goals.
Logging your Blood Pressure metric
In the Home Screen, search for the Log Blood Pressure tracker. Tap the + icon to log your Blood Pressure metric.
Tap to Enter your Systolic BP and your Diastolic BP (Bottom) in their respective fields.
If you have an Omron BP meter, you can capture the reading from your meter’s screen using your device camera. Tap the Meter Reader icon, select the Omron BP Meter type you own then follow the instructions.
To finish logging your Blood Pressure, tap Add
If successful, you will see a green check mark on the tracker with your most recent input next to it.
Reviewing your Blood Pressure history
Tap the Log Blood Pressure tracker, then tap History to view your Blood Pressure input history
If you need to delete a log…
Tap and drag to the left to reveal the delete button, then tap delete to remove the metric.
