Healthy Habits group sessions are offered several times each week. The topic changes each month.
Join a webinar to learn something new and get helpful tips. We'll cover all the ways to help your body: eating, exercise, getting restful sleep, managing stress, and more. A webinar is a great way to get and stay motivated—and invest a little time in you.
Each session is 30 minutes, hosted by a Vida coach. You can post questions in the webinar chat.
After the webinar, please submit the Vida Webinar Attendance Form. It is important to use the email address associated with your Vida Account to avoid delays in adding your session (look in the Vida App, select Settings in the upper right to check).
