If you received a phone call from a Texas (area code 832) number during the scheduled time of your session, this is your Vida Coach calling you. 

Please answer this phone call. Only after you answer the phone call will you be able to connect with your Vida Coach.

In order for the Phone calling feature to work properly, your phone number needs to be added to your Vida account. If you're unsure of what number is listed on your account or need this updated, please contact support@vida.com 

If you do face the issue where the number is automatically blocked as spam, please save the 832 number as a contact on your mobile device.
