Ordering your Withings Scale/BP Monitor

Complete a consult with your coach

Your coach will discuss your eligibility for a Withings scale and/or BP monitor.  To schedule a session:

1. Go to your To-Do List on your Home screen.
2. Tap “Set up your first session.”
3. Choose a day/time that works best for you.

Ordering your Withings Device

Once eligibility has been confirmed, you will see an “Order Your [Device]” form will be sent to you. Please find this in your To-Do list in the home screen of the Vida app and complete the requested information.

Confirm if you want to receive the device.

Enter your shipping address.

IMPORTANT: Double check your shipping address is correct before submitting.

Tap “Complete Tool” to submit the order form.

You’ll be taken back to your to-do list in the home screen. A green check mark will appear next to the forms to confirm completion.

That’s it!
