Issue | Solution |
“X” displaying on screen during installation | Long press the BP monitor’s button to restart the installation process. |
“NO SERVICE” displayed during installation or usage. | Try relocating the BP monitor where network coverage is better in your household. This would typically be close to a window. Press the button to start again. |
Error 201 | The cuff is not tightened correctly. Try readjusting the cuff so that it’s neither too tight or too loose. You should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm before you take a measurement. |
Error 202 | Talk or movement has been detected during the measurement. Remain still and silent at your next reattempt. |
Error 203 | No heart rate has been detected. Reattempt using best practices. |
Error 204 | Error calculating blood pressure. Reattempt using best practices. |
Error 205 | Heart rate measurements are outside of the 40-180 bpm range the monitor is certified to measure. A low heart rate can result in this error. |
Error 206 | Measurement was stopped manually. |
Error 220 | Battery level is too low. Please recharge the monitor using the provided cable. |
Error 301 | The monitor is not inflating correctly. Reattempt using best practices. |
Error 303 | The monitor failed to start measurement. Reattempt using best practices. |
Error 401 | The monitor failed to upload your previous measurements and the storage of your device is full. Try relocating the BP monitor where network coverage is better in your household. This would typically be close to a window. Press the button to start again. |
