We know that each person’s journey to better health will look a little different—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why Vida includes human support and guidance from certified health coaches who will support you in building healthy habits and keep you on track.

There’s a lot of information out there about how to improve your health, and it can be hard to know what to trust. So, we’ve gathered the best resources for you. Throughout your time at Vida, you’ll receive lessons and content that are based on research from top universities and institutions. What you see each day on your Now screen will be personalized to you, in support of your goals and healthy habits.

Whenever you visit the Now tab in the app, you’ll see the top actions you can do to improve your health. Open the app daily to track your habits and complete the tasks in the Now tab. Staying consistent and making Vida a part of your daily routine will fast-track your progress toward your healthiest self.
Frequent messaging with your coach is a big plus as well—in fact, it’s been shown to improve success with our programs. So, introduce yourself to your coach next from the Chat tab. A simple statement about your health goals or any habits you’d like to try is the perfect way to say, “Hello.”
