Welcome to Vida! Whether you’re using our mobile app or the web portal, this guide will help you set up your account, find your program, and match with the perfect coach.

Step 1: Create Your Account
- Open the Vida app or visit the Web Portal.
- Select Try Vida Now.
- Enter your Name, Email, Phone, Birthday, and a Password.
- Check the boxes to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Tap Continue.
Step 2: Find Your Benefits & Build Your Profile
Vida is often provided as a free benefit through your employer or insurance.

Enter Personal Stats: Provide your weight, height, and gender.
- Tip: iOS users can tap Fill with Apple Health to sync this data automatically.
- Find Your Organization: Type the name of your employer or health plan and select it from the dropdown list.
- Verify: Enter your member ID or invite code if prompted.
- Tap Start Personalizing.
Step 3: Program Matching
We’ll recommend a program based on your unique health needs.
- Select Your Goal: Choose your main focus (e.g., Managing Stress, Losing Weight, Heart Health).
- Health History: Select any applicable conditions so we can customize your journey.
- Tap Continue once your program is verified.
Step 4: Choose Your Health Coach
You get to pick the coach that best fits your personality and schedule.
- Set Availability: Select the 4-hour windows when you are typically free for sessions.
- Browse Coaches: Review your matches. Tap on a Coach’s Card to view their specialties and bio.
- Select: Tap Choose Coach when you find the right match.
Step 5: Schedule Your First Session
Your journey officially begins with your first 1-on-1 call.
- Book It: Select a date and time that works for you and tap Schedule Vida Call.
- Introduction: (Optional) Send a quick message to your coach to introduce yourself!
- Explore: You will land on your Home Screen, where you can track habits and view your daily tasks.
