How to access and print your lab order

You will be notified when your lab order is ready. Tap the notification to view instructions on how to find your Vida lab order.

Finding your Vida lab order

To find your lab order, open the app and go to the Home screen. Tap the gear on the top right corner to open your settings page.

Select Documents on the list.

Your lab order will say “Lab Order” followed by your name. Tap to open the document.

The lab order is in printable PDF format. Tap the share icon on the top right to choose your preferred method of sending/printing the order. 

With your lab order in hand, the next step would be to schedule your lab test. You can schedule your test online at nationwide labcorp.com or questdiagnostics.com. Or call a local lab you’ve used before.
