Currently, you can sync Google Health directly to Vida using the Fitbit option, but this connection will end in September due to Fitbit’s deprecation. After September, you will need to sync your data using an intermediary app—Apple Health or Withings.
Sync directly with Vida:
This option will be deprecated in September 2026.
Open the Vida App.
Tap the blue gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
Tap Connect Devices & Apps.
Tap Connect under Connect with Oura, Garmin, Withings, or Others.
Select Fitbit from the list and tap Connect.
Enter your Fitbit email and password.
Tap Allow All when prompted.
Tap I Consent to grant permission.
Confirm Fitbit shows as "Connected" or check your Home screen to verify synced data.
