Start by opening the Vida App on your mobile device, and login into your account. Please then select the Settings Tab, located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
This will open up a new screen. Here, you are able to edit your account information. You will then select the tab Connect Devices & Apps. Look for the box Connect with Fitbit, Garmin, Withings, or Others, and then tap Connect.
Search for the Polar tab by pulling the page up. Once you've found the tab, press Connect.
A new window will open, asking you to log in to your Polar Flow account. Here, you will use the email address you registered you Polar Flow account with.
Once you are able to log into your account a new window will open asking you to authorize Vida to have access to your data.
Then, please press Accept located at the bottom of the screen. Polar Flow will then grant access to this request. Next, you will be asked to specify what Timezone you are located in. Once you have found your current timezone, please press Authorize located at the bottom of the window. You will be directed back to the device selection menu.
