Vida connects to your Apple Health making it easier for you to pull data you may have already entered from somewhere else.
Start by opening the Vida App on your mobile device, and login into your account. Please then select the Settings Tab, located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
This will open up a new window. Here, you are able to edit your account information. You will then select the tab that says Connect Devices & Apps.
Look for the box Connect with Apple Health, and tap the bar that reads Connect.
A new window will open titled Apple Health Settings.
Tap Open the Health app.
Apple Health will then open. Tap Turn on all and then tap Allow located in the upper right corner.
Now you're connected!
Vida is now able to pull data straight from your Apple Health! Now there's no need to log in to multiple places.
You'll see Vida reflected in the Apple Health app too. To confirm, navigate to the Apple Health app, go to the "Sharing" screen, and tap "Apps."
You can tap "Vida" here to check on which permissions are enabled.
