Vida connects to your Apple Health making it easier for you to pull data you may have already entered from somewhere else.
NOTE: You will want to connect to Apple Health after you have spoken with your coach and turned on all the Vida Trackers (i.e Weight, Calories, Protein..) you wish to use.
Start by opening the Vida App on your mobile device, and login into your account. Please then select the Settings Tab, located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
This will open up a new window. Here, you are able to edit your account information. You will then select the tab that says Connect Devices & Apps.
Look for the box Connect with Apple Health, and tap the bar that reads Connect.
A new window will open titled Apple Health Settings.
Tap Open the Health app.
Apple Health will then open. Please Turn on all Categories with Vida. Once you have completed this tap Allow located in the upper right corner.
Now you're connected!
Vida is now able to pull data straight from your Apple Health! Now there's no need to log in to multiple places.
