Follow the steps below to connect compatible Bluetooth devices to Vida, including blood pressure monitors, blood sugar meters (glucometers), heart rate monitors, and weight scales.
Step 1: Open the Vida App
1️⃣ Launch the Vida App on your mobile device.
2️⃣ Log in to your account.
Step 2: Access Settings
1️⃣ Tap the ⚙️ Settings tab in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Connect a Bluetooth Device
1️⃣ In Settings, select 🔗 Connect Devices & Apps.
2️⃣ Locate 📡 Connect with Bluetooth and tap Connect.
(Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device before proceeding.)
Step 4: Select Your Device
1️⃣ A new window will open, displaying the Devices Menu.
2️⃣ Browse or search for your device in the list of compatible options.
(If your device is not listed, consider connecting the device to an app that can link to Vida like FitBit or Withings, then connect that app to enable the sync.)
Step 5: Follow On-Screen Instructions
1️⃣ Tap the device you want to connect.
2️⃣ Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
(Some devices may require additional permissions or app settings changes—refer to your device’s user manual for more details.)
Troubleshooting & FAQ
1️⃣ My device is not appearing in the list. What should I do?
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone’s settings.
- Restart your device and the Vida app, then try again.
- Check if your device is already connected to another app or phone—disconnect and retry..
2️⃣ I see my device, but it won’t connect.
- Ensure your device is fully charged.
- Move your device closer to your phone.
- Try forgetting the device in your phone’s Bluetooth settings and reconnecting through Vida.
- If you recently updated your phone or the Vida app, check if there are any firmware updates for your device.
3️⃣ My device was connected before but is no longer syncing.
- Check if Bluetooth is still enabled on your phone.
- Restart both your phone and device.
- Remove the device from the Vida app and re-add it.
- If your device requires a third-party app (such as Apple Health or Google Fit), ensure it is connected properly.
