If you're having issues with your app crashing and would to help us resolve this issue in order to create a more user-friendly environment, please contact our support staff at Support@vida.com with the following information:
1. Can you confirm your iOS device and current OS version?
2. Can you confirm your phone carrier
3. Can you tell me if you have any accessibility features or settings turned on or modified from the default setting?
4. Do you usually turn on Low Battery Mode when using your phone?
5. On average, can you tell me how many other apps you have open at the same time?
6. Can you open your Settings app and scroll down to Vida and take a screenshot of your settings page and send it to us?
7. Can you tell me how much available store your device has
8. Were there any specific behaviors you might have been doing within the Vida app at the time of the crash?
9. Finally, Can you go to Settings>Privacy>Analytics>Analytics Data. You should find crash logs and event files from the Vida app at the very bottom. If you do see any crash or event logs, could you provide these to us?
