Insert your index finger into the device
Press the power button to begin taking the measurement

You can communicate your reading to your coach by logging it in your Blood Oxygen or Resting Heart rate trackers in the app home screen.
You will work with your coach on a plan that continuously monitors and manages your SpO2 and pulse rate.
If your reading is low…
After you log your Pulse Ox reading, the Vida app will alert you if your oxygen level is critically low. Please follow the instructions detailed in the alert.
If you are in need of immediate medical attention, please go to your nearest emergency room or call 911.
Troubleshooting FAQs
My reading does not seem to be normal or is unstable:
- It’s possible your finger is not inserted into the device correctly. Retry by inserting your finger and refrain from excessive movement while taking the reading.
My oximeter is not turning on:
- Likely the oximeter is out of battery or has low battery. You may see a low battery symbol when this occurs. Replace the batteries and try again. If the batteries are fairly new, confirm they are installed correctly.
