I already own a BioTel glucose meter. Can I continue to use this device?
Yes! Your BioTel meter is compatible with the Vida app. Please provide the serial number of your device to Support (support@vida.com) and we will send you a refill kit of test strips and lancets so you have supplies and can continue using your meter.
How do I connect my meter to the Vida app?
Vida will connect your meter for you, so you can continue to use your meter and begin sending results to your new coach.
When can I begin sending metrics to my coach?
You can continue to log metrics on your device and your coach will begin receiving your results as soon as your meter is connected to the Vida app.
If I already have a Biotel meter, how soon will I receive my refill kit?
You will receive your refill kit within 10 business days of your confirmation response.
I do not own a glucose meter and have requested a new Philips/BioTel meter. When should I expect to receive my device?
You will receive your glucose meter within 5 - 7 business days of your new order confirmation.
Are other blood glucose monitors compatible with the Vida app?

How do I order more test strips and lancets for my Philips glucose meter?
Vida will automatically send you a refill kit with your enrollment and confirmation that you have a Philips/BioTel meter. Refills are sent to Philips users via a fulfillment algorithm setup by Philips. If you are running out before the Philips refill algorithm catches this, you need to contact Philips (888-666-4530, 9 AM-9 PM EST, Monday-Friday) and have them ship you more strips and lancets as needed.
