Q: How does the referral process work?
A: To get credit for your referral, you’ll need to use the unique referral link we provide in the app or via email. To get your link: open Vida, go to your ‘Now’ tab and select the gear icon in the upper right corner, select ‘Invite Friends and Family’ > select ‘Send Invite’ > share this link via text or email to people you’d like to refer. They must sign up using this link — otherwise, we won’t be able to give you credit.
The person you refer also needs to finish signing up with Vida and have a virtual coaching session within a month of joining to qualify as a successful referral.
As long as both of you meet the requirements above, you’ll receive a $25 Amazon gift card via email.
Q: Who qualifies for the referral program? Who can I refer?
A: Vida members who are part of an organization that supports the referral program can refer other members who are eligible for Vida. Vida eligibility varies and if you are eligible for the holiday referral program, you would have received an email regarding this from our marketing team. Q: What reward can I earn?

Q: What if a friend signs up but forgets to use my link or code?
A: If the person you refer doesn't use a referral link to sign up, it won’t qualify as a referral, and you will not be eligible to receive the reward.
Q: What does the referred person have to do so I can receive my reward?

Q: Can I track the referral status? How do I know if it was a successful referral?
A: To track your referral status, you’ll need to check in with the person you referred. You’ll know if your referral was successful when you receive the referral reward.

A: You will receive your reward in an email (the same email you use for your Vida account) within 2-4 weeks of a successful referral.
Q: How long does it take to receive the referral payout?
A: You can expect to receive the referral reward within 2-4 weeks of a successful referral.
Q: Why did I not get paid?
A: If you haven’t received your reward, the referred person did not complete the requirements. The person referred must: 1. Use your referral link to create their account, finish signing up, and have a Vida coaching session within a month of signing up. If you believe there is a mistake, you can contact support@vida.com.
Q: Does the reward expire?
A: The reward is only valid for referrals made from November 1, 2021-December 31, 2021. The friend you refer must have their first coaching/therapy session within 1 month of signing up to qualify. The reward will expire if referred members do not have their first session by January 31, 2022.
Q: How many people can I refer?
A: You can refer as many people as you’d like but you’ll only be rewarded for up to 10 referrals*.
*Referral payment limits vary by your employer.
