How do I enroll?
Call our support team at 855-550-1288 and we will help set up your new account and schedule your first consultation.
Where can I see how much I will owe for each appointment?
You will be able to access all of your billing and eligibility information through your Athena Patient Portal. You will also be able to easily make payments for your copay or any balance on your account.
What changes can I make on my Athena Patient Portal?
You will be able to:
- Pay bills
- Update contact information
- Adjust notification preferences
- Add patient photo
- Grant family access
- Update guarantor information
- List tobacco History
What if I need to change my insurance information such as my policy number?
Please call our support team at 855-550-1288 and we will update your new information. You can also email support@vida.com.
How do I schedule appointments?
You will have the opportunity to schedule future appointments directly with your therapist during your appointments or you can call our support center at 855-550-1288. You can also email support@vida.com.
How do I reschedule or cancel appointments?
You will have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment during your appointment reminder call by selecting the appropriate option or you can call our support team during regular office hours at 855-550-1288 for assistance. You can also email support@vida.com.
How can I contact my therapist between appointments?
Unfortunately, members enrolled in phone-only therapy will not be able to chat with their therapist between appointments. If you are interested in this service, please consider a subscription to the Vida app where you can chat with your therapist any time and gain access to all program materials.
Can I add the Vida app subscription after beginning the program?
Yes! Please call Vida support at 855-550-1288.
