How do I enroll?

How do I know if I am eligible?
All BCBSIL members should be eligible for the Vida services offered. This verification will be done during onboarding. Go ahead and sign up and if you aren't eligible for any reason, we will refund your subscription payment.
What programs are offered?
Therapy and Mental Health Coaching programs are offered.
What does it cost to participate?
The monthly subscription cost is $159 plus BCBSIL insurance copays if enrolled in therapy.
How often can I meet with my therapist/coach?
You will be able to meet weekly with your therapist or coach.
Can I communicate with my therapist/coach between sessions?
Yes! You will be able to send messages to your coach or therapist throughout the week at any time. Response times from providers are usually within 1-2 days, but often the same day.
How do I schedule appointments?
You will be able to schedule your next appointment directly through the app from the “Today” tab.
How do I reset my password?
You can find the settings (gear symbol) on the “Now” tab in your Vida app located in the upper right-hand corner. Here you will find an option to “Change Password.”
If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the Vida app login screen. This will send a reset password link to your email address on file.
Where do I find my Athena Patient Portal?
https://24342.portal.athenahealth.com/ is the direct link to your patient portal.
How do I update payment information?
You will be able to update all your payment information for your subscription right in the app. For instructions on how to update your payment within the app, please click here.
For changes to your BCBSIL copay billing or bill balance payment method, please log in to your Athena Patient portal. (Link to “Paying a bill through patient portal” article)
