I'm seeing a new screen while on a Video Consultation with my coach. It says I have a poor connection, or my connection is unstable. What happened?
This screen is intended if your connection is currently unstable. This means, at this time, your device's signal cannot support video calling, and the video has been disabled until the cellular signal can support it. Thus, reverting the call into an audio-only call.
Once the signal is stable enough to support the video capability will be enabled.
