If you cannot connect your BG Devices, and are seeing a screen to grant access to your location, please follow the steps below:
1.) Go to the Settings on your Android Device
2.) Search for Vida Application. Then click on the Vida App info tab.
3.) Here, you should be able to set and access your phone permissions available to Vida Health.
4.) Select to Permissions
5.)Click on Location and then Select Allow when using the App.
You should see a success screen. Press Done at the bottom.
7.) Now Open Vida App
8.) Try to connect your BLE glucose meter device and it should pair and provide a success confirmation.
