Resetting your Password Using the Desktop Application

If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset it, you can do this through the desktop application. 

Start by visiting www.vida.com/clients 

Select the Forgot Password link. 

You will be redirected to a new screen. Type in the email address you used to create your account and click Reset Password. 

A pop-up will appear, confirming the reset password email has been sent. 

Please then check the email address you sent the forget password email to. Please click the URL to reset your password.

You will be redirected to a new window asking you to create a new password. Your new password must contain 8 characters, 1 number, 1 capital letter, and 1 special character. 

Forgot your Email Address?

Did you forget the email address you used to register with? That's no problem at all. Select the Forgot your Email tab located on the reset password page. 

A new window will open up, create an email to contact our support team at support@vida.com

Please include your first and last name in the email to request your password reset.
