Answer
Due to the number of remote workers, many telephony providers (including ours, Twilio) are experiencing increased load due to COVID-19.
If your video quality is unreliable, we do advise disabling video and relying on audio if possible. This will free up the network a little more, allowing you have to have a full consultation with your coach.
