I want to update my credit card information, but the Payment Screen is black
This issue has been resolved in-app version 2.1.709. If you are on an older version of the Vida app, please update to the most recent versions located Here.
However, if you have updated your iOS app to the most recent version in the app store, and are still seeing this screen, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- OS version
- App version
- iPhone you are using
