The emails state that I have “unread messages” in my Vida application. However, I don’t have any unread messages. Why is the Vida application sending out these incorrect messages?
If you are seeing emails about unread messages, it is most likely the case there were unread messages in the app before the email was triggered to be sent. During this point, you most likely have already checked your messages, or you might be apart of a social group.
If you do not wish to see these automatic emails, please click the unsubscribe option located at the bottom of the email
