If you change programs, and you already had habits established, these old habits should not remove themselves.
For example, if you were the Diabetes Prevention Program, and you switched to Weight Loss, the previous habits for DPP would still be available to you. You can verify this by looking at the Now Tab.

If you had previous habit action recommendations attached to the habits of the old program, that means this would still be attached as well.
