This issue can occur if there is poor cellular reception. We would recommend moving your scale closer to a flat surface close to a window and try weighing yourself 4-5 times consecutively to force the value through to the app.
To troubleshoot, please follow these steps:
Step 1: At the back of the scale, open the battery compartment, remove the batteries for an hour and then re-insert the batteries.
Step 2: Open Vida App and disconnect the Bodaytrace scale
