To address the issue of poor cellular reception, try the following steps:
- Move your scale closer to a window for better reception.
- Weigh yourself 4-5 times in a row to improve accuracy.
- Ensure that the scale is placed on a flat surface like tile or hardwood floor.

- Open the battery compartment at the back of the scale, remove the batteries and then re-insert them. Replace with Duracell branded batteries if needed.
