If you'd like to leave a support group, start by opening the chat tab on your mobile device. Then select the Support Group you wish to leave.
Then tap on the Group Title located at the top of the screen.
This will bring you to the Community Standards page. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and you will see the option to Leave Group.
A confirmation pop up will appear asking you to confirm this request. Select Yes to leave or No to stay.
You will be redirected back to the Team view with the support group removed.
However, if you run into issues leaving your support group, please contact email@example.com if you wish to leave the support groups.
