Vida’s Therapy program is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and aims to help members learn new skills and tools for addressing depression and/or anxiety.
The program consists of weekly video-call sessions with a licensed therapist, as well as lessons and practices delivered through the Vida Health app.
In between sessions, members can communicate with their therapist through The Chat Tab in the app. The program is designed to help members:
- Learn how to recognize and cope with unhelpful thoughts
- Learn strategies for managing or reducing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression
- Create a personalized plan to support ongoing self-care and prevent relapse
