I received the following error message: Could not log in with Facebook. Please contact support@vida.com if this issue continues.
I just got the iPhone 11 and am unable to log in to the app, I’ve only ever used Facebook authentication so not sure I can log in with a username and password? If I have one.

If you are having issues with logging in through Facebook, this is because at some point you reset your password. Please contact support@vida.com with your first/ last name. This way we can locate the email address your Facebook account used to log in, and create a password for you.
