My Fitbit is charged as when I plug it in it tells me the percentage of battery but when I push the side button that is supposed to light up the screen it doesn’t do anything. Once in a while if it sits on the counter and I pick it up it will light up and show me some of the options but if I click the side button the little screen either goes all white and shuts off or it does that “snow” like thing you get on a tv and then goes black. I can’t select the options I can just see them sometimes for a few seconds before it shuts off on me. The button doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried putting it on my wrist and it doesn’t do anything at all either.
