I cannot log into my account. I am not able to reset the password either.
I have 10 emails from Vida, but still cannot log into my account or reset my password!
Chances are you have created your Vida Health Account using the SSO option. This feature does not generate a password when creating your account.
However, the desktop application does not permit for password resets.
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for our team to create a password for you in order to log back into your account.
