Start by going to Vida.com/clients and log into your account. Next, search for the toolbar on the left-hand side of the browser.
Then click the Mountain and Flag Icon. This is is your Journey Tab which can also be found on your mobile app.
You can add a habit to any of the behaviors added to your program. Look for + Habit at the bottom left-hand corner of the habit card.
A pop up will appear with the Habit Card Details. You can enter in When I will do it, What I will do, Which days of the week, and Remind me at.
When will you complete your habit?
In order to edit when you do this action, simply click When will you do the habit. A list of options ranging from before bed, to during lunch to When I slip up. Just swipe up to scroll through the list, or type in your own if you do not find something off the suggested list.
What will your habit be?
What habit do you want to work on? Here, you can define what action you want to work on.
In order to edit this action, simply click what habit do you want to work on. A list of options ranging from go to the gym, to cook a new recipe to shut down my computer. Just swipe up to scroll through the list, or type in your own if you do not find something off the suggested list.
Which days of the week?
Next, you can select the Days of the Week you wish to be reminded about this Habit. Just click on any of days you would like this habit to be set.
In case you want this habit to remind you at a specific time, or do not want to have a notification appear you can always click or unclick the ✔ icon.
If you want to change the time of your reminder just click on the standard time and a drop-down menu will appear. Here, you can change the time you want to set for your reminder. Simply scroll between the different columns.
Once you're satisfied with your new habit please press the Save icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of the habit card.
You will see your newly created habit under the behavior you have added it to.
You can also, always delete the habit or make changes to it as well by pressing the Pencil Icon or the Trashcan Icon below the habit.
You can also check off when you complete your habit by pressing the + icon on the right-hand side of the habit.
