How do I Edit my Previous Information?

If you need to go back to a previous day because you forgot to log your Friday Workout, and it’s Tuesday, start by going to the Today tab located at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
For iOS Devices:
Look for the date located at the top of the screen, and press on it. A drop-down menu will appear with the past calendar days. You can go back and forth between the days swiping either left or right. You can select the number for the day you missed here. The Today Tab will be redirected to that day.

For Android Devices:
Look for the little Calendar icon located at the top right-hand corner of the screen. It will be next to the Trophy icon. Simply select this, and the calendar will open up to the most current day.
You can change the year by selecting the # that sits on top of the weekday. You can change the month by toggling between the < & >.
Then simply select the day you wish to edit. Once done, press OK, and your Today will be redirected to that day.
