Please check to make sure you are on the most updated version of the app.
Next, please verify if your notification settings are turned on. To find out, simply go to your phone's settings, then choose Notifications. Next, scroll down the list and see if you can find Vida. If you can find Vida, check to see if notifications are turned on.
If they are, you will then log back into your Vida app, locate the Settings section of the app. The Settings can be found by clicking the Home screen, and then look for the Gear Icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Next, choose Push Notifications and confirm that all notifications are selected.
