If you are experiencing this issue, please contact email@example.com with the specific mobile device you are using, what version of android you are currently running, and what version of the Vida app you have installed.
It also helps to send screenshots/pictures of the physical devices and how the errors are occurring for use as we look into any discrepancies/issues.
