I keep trying to take a screenshot of my Vida Health app, but I keep getting this pop-up, "Unable to capture a screenshot. Prevented by the security policy."
This is a new security feature, and we apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you.
If you are attempting to submit a bug report to our Support staff, and this feature is preventing you from doing, Don't Fret! There is a workaround!
Just navigate to the screen you are attempting to report, and Shake Your Mobile Device! This will create a bug report, which can be emailed to Vida2Bugs@vida.com. Once you have emailed this, we can attach that bug report to your ticket, and continue to troubleshoot your issue.
