Below are the minimum device requirements to download and install the Vida Health app to your mobile phone or device. 

iOS 

Device Type: Phone or Tablet 

Minimum OS supported: iOS 13.0 

App Size: 170 MB

Screen Orientation (Portrait/Landscape): Portrait Only

Android

Device Type: Mobile Phone only

Minimum OS supported: 5.0 Lollipop

App Size: 150 MB

Screen Orientation (Portrait/Landscape): Portrait Only

Video requirements: Mobile devices must have a minimum screen resolution of 1080 pixels to be able to play Vida video content

Desktop

This is fully supported in Google Chrome more than other browsers.

However, our desktop application is compatible with Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox. 

Windows OS

Vida Health is not available on WindowsOS phones at this time
