Welcome to the Vida Settings Screen!
There may be times you might need to edit your account information, connect a new device, or request a new coach. You can always change your information using the Settings screen.
- Log Out
To find your Settings, navigate to your Home Tab. Press the Gear icon located at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
A new window will pop up. Here, you will see a list of the different things you can do.
If you’d like to edit your Profile Picture, click on the photo and you will have the option to take a new photo, or choose a photo from your camera library.
Invite Friends and Family
Give the gift of Vida to your Friends and Family. You're more likely to reach your health goals when you have friends and family using Vida too. Feel free to share with a colleague, spouse, or a dependent over the age of 18. Just select Send Invite.
In case you need to change your password, click on Change Password. If you'd like to learn more about changing your password, please click here.
In case you need to change your payment information, look for Payment Options. Here you can change how your subscription plans, your credit card, or set up your Apple Pay
If you have a Redeem Code, you can also input this information here.
If you would like to change your Notifications, select Push Notifications Settings. Here, you can filter what notifications you wish to receive. You will have the option to filter between All Messages, Summary of all Messages, Coach Only, or None.
In case you want to request a new coach, click Switch Coach. You can change your coach at any time. Simply go over the answers you selected during onboarding, and a new list of coaches will populate. If you'd like to learn how to switch your coach, please click here.
Documents from your provider will live here. Tap on a file to share, view or print.
Connect Devices & Apps
If you want to connect a new device to help you log your data, press the screen Connect Devices & Apps. Vida connects to a number of different devices, all to help you keep track of your metrics. You can select from BodyTrace Scale, Fitbit, Garmin Connect, iHealth, Jawbone UP, Microsoft Band, Misfit Wearables, Nokia Health Mate, Omron Wellness, Polar Flow, Qardio, Runkeeper, Strava, & Cohero Health. If you're using an iOS device you can also connect to Apple Health.
Shake to send feedback
To send feedback with ease, enable this option. Whenever you encounter a technical issue or bug, you can shake your phone to create and send a bug report. If you'd like to learn more, please click here.
Verify Email and 2-Factor Verification
You can wish to verify your account to protect your information, we have two option. You can verify your email address by tapping Verify Account. This will send an email to the account you register with a 5 digit code. Simply copy and paste this number into the field labeled Enter Code, and your email will be secured. You can also turn on 2-Factor Verification which will send a text message to your phone with a 5 digit code. Copy this number into the field labeled Enter Code, and you can enable this security feature. If you'd like to learn more, please click here.
Locating your App Version Number
In case you need to figure out if you’re on the last version of the App, your version number will be located at the bottom of your Settings list.
If you ever need to contact our support staff you can always email them directly.
If you ever want to log out of Vida, just press Log Out and you will be logged out of the app.
