Switching Coaches
Tap the gear icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Tap "Switch Coach."
Here, you will be asked to select the coach you want to switch. If you have multiple coaches, you can select which one you want to switch. Once you have selected the coach you want to switch, tap "Continue."
You'll be asked to fill out a short survey. This provides our coach leads with more context on what type of wellness experience you are seeking. Please let us know if the Coaching Style is why you're requesting a new coach, or if there was a scheduling conflict. Feel free to type a free response on the empty text box provided but tapping the box and then using your devices virtual keyboard to enter a message. Once you're done, tap continue.
Next, you will be asked to fill out your availability. Your availability from when you onboarded into your account should pre-populate. If your schedule has changed, please mark off the times you will be available to schedule sessions. If your schedule is still the same, select continue located at the bottom of the screen.
Next, you will be asked about what motivates you. Your style selections from when you first onboarded into your account should pre-populate. If you wish to change this answer, please feel free to do so, or deselect the options and choose any other coaching styles. Select continue when ready.
Once you've filled in your availability, a new list of coaches will appear based on your answers. You can toggle the page up and down to scroll through them.
Once you have found your new coach, please select their coaching card. Here, you can read through their short bio.
Once you have selected your new coach, you will be asked to confirm this choice or select to keep your current coach.
Please make sure this new coach is the coach you would like to select before making these changes. Once you have confirmed this change, please select Change Coach.
You will be redirected back to your settings tab. If you would like to view your new coach, navigate back to your Chat tab, where you can see the changes committed.
Don't forget to schedule a session with your new coach right away! Please click here if you would like more information on this.
