Looking to switch coaches?
If you find you aren't totally satisfied with your current coach, or your schedules just don't line up making it difficult to schedule your call you can always try a new coach!
We have several coaches and we'll gladly set you up with someone who might be a better fit.
Easy! Select the gear icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Click on the tab Switch Coach.
Here, you will be asked to select the coach you want to switch. If you have multiple coaches, you can select which one you want to switch. However, if you have a therapist, you will need to contact your therapist about requesting a new one. Once you have selected the coach you want to switch, press Continue.
You'll be asked to fill out a short survey. This provides our coach leads with more context on what type of wellness experience you are seeking. Please let us know if the Coaching Style is why you're requesting a new coach, or if there was a scheduling conflict. Or, simply feel free to type a free response on the empty space provided. Once you're done, press continue.
Next, you will be asked to fill out your availability. Your availability from when you onboarded into your account should prepopulate. If your schedule has changed, please mark off the times you will be available to accept your consult. However, if your schedule is still the same, please select continue located at the bottom of the screen.
Next, you will be asked about what type of coaching style you prefer. Your style selections from when you first onboarded into your account should prepopulate. If you wish to change this answer, please feel free to do so, or feel free to deselect them and choose 2 new coaching styles. Select continue when you have completed this.
Once you've filled in your availability, a new list of coaches will appear based on your answers. You can toggle the page up and down to scroll through them.
Once you have found your new coach, please select their coaching card. Here, you can read through their qualifications and their specialties.
Once you have selected your new coach, you will be asked to confirm this choice or select to keep your current coach.
Please make sure this new coach is the coach you would like to select before making these changes. Once you have confirmed this change, please select Change Coach.
You will be redirected back to your settings tab. If you would like to view your new coach, please navigate back to your Chat tab, where you can see the changes committed.
